LEGO Minifig opent Clubgebouw

Na 5 jaar van plannen maken, sponsors benaderen, veel overleggen en heel hard klussen, is het clubgebouw "De Burcht" geopend. De scouting in Alblasserdam heeft op ludieke wijze geld ingezameld voor het clubgebouw. Door het clubgebouw in LEGO op te bouwen, werd zichtbaar gemaakt hoeveel geld er nog verzameld moest worden om het gebouw compleet te maken. Het clubgebouw werd geopend door een reuze minifig van LEGO! Een schitterend pak! De bevers, kabouters en gidsen hebben vanaf nu een spliksplinternieuw onderkomen.
Scouting Alblasserdam is op 4 september 2004 opgericht uit een fusie van de Louis Wessels Groep en de Maket Groep, die al enige tijd samenwerkten.
Scouting Alblasserdam richt zich dan vooral op jongens en meisjes van 5 t/m 17 jaar.
