Although the delivery was delayed due to the global difficulties with parcel deliveries. The staff responded my queries promptly and informed me in time and proposed suitable solutions.

Unfortunately from 4 big LEGO sets, 3 (76156,76192 & 71765) arrived slightly damaged.although we use DHL Express...No very good experience this time... Response brickshop.nl: Thanks for your review and already 12th order. Sorry to hear transport was not correct this time. Hopefully you will be back soon in our shop! Thank you!
