Customer service is exceptionally unhelpful and rude. Response brickshop.nl: All questions are answered in a perfect normal way! Perhaps you did not like the answers because of the delay in your shipment, which was communicated upfront! We did everything we could and we see the parcel is delivered at last. Again: Sorry for the delay in the busiest period of the year.

Die bestellte Box kam erst im neuen Jahr bei mir an, war aber kein Problem. Ich hatte nur die Befürchtung, das die Bestellung verschollen gegangen ist, da sich bei der Sendungsverfolgung bei der NL Post zwei Wochen lang nichts tat. Aber das war wohl den Feiertagen geschuldet. Sonst war alles bestens.

Service provided by brickshop is excellent.
Due to no fault of their own the box was damaged despite it being protected/overboxed, more an issue for the delivery company.
However, they offered to replace it, but that would have delayed the fun of building it.
The follow up service was superb and they would have replaced it if anything was missing, thankfully there wasn't.

Receiving the shipment around 2 weeks later I did contact your support folks, got jazzy answer(s) making me feel that you do not take this serious. Me being somebody trying hard to not order everything at Amazon, these Kind of experience are putting people back to better place the next order with Amazon. Not me!though, I will continue my efforts. Maybe not with the BRICKshop though. Take care Response brickshop.nl: You selected economy mail in the busiest period of the year even while warned about delays! We take every customer and order very serieus, but we cannot break iron with our hands. Sorry!

Thanks for the speed of reaction. The package arrived within three working days to may address in South of Germany. I ordered it on 2-nd X-mas in the evening. Three days later i received the controller for my Lego Landy 42110 set and
I was able to continue building the Landy car.
