I ordered from this website as they were offering a Lego item that has now been discontinued and is out of stock in most places, but my son really wanted this set for his birthday. They dispatched the order very quickly and kept me up to date with my orders progress throughout. The package arrived within a few days, so the dispatch and delivery time were brilliant, and I now have one happy son on the morning of his birthday, so I would definitely buy from Brickshop again.

The store process was great, very fast. But the Portuguese partner (sending) of Post NL, have a poor service level. They were unable to provide an accurate delivery date. during 3 days in a roll they informed us that the parcel leave for delivery, but they don't deliver in that day. Response brickshop.nl: Thank you for your review. We will certainly make your complaint known to PostNL, because this is of course not how it should be. Apologies for that!
