Excellent communication throughout the whole order and delivery process. I ordered the Duplo Big Fair on the Friday afternoon and it arrived in the UK at my home on Monday morning by standard delivery.
Top tier..rapid response even at the busiest time of year.. And even get it delivered before Christmas...service like this is rare these days.. Thanks so much
Reasonably quick delivery. If ordering from UK only large orders make sense. As almost £35 delivery and handling very quickly reduce savings that can be made.
I was nervous about ordering from abroad just before Christmas but managed to get my son the Technic set he’d wished for at a really good price and honestly the delivery was probably quicker than if I’d ordered it from a UK company! Great communication of order status along the way too.
Shipment arrived quickly and in incredible condition will be definitely ordering again
