The prices were really good and your online store even had an excellent selection of stock, including some that the Lego store didn't have (original green color base plates).
Your website allows for stock notification by email, which means I do not need to keep checking the site to know when stock is back in :)
I really also loved that the online store clearly states when the discounts are valid until, so I least I know whether it will still be available after pay day :)
I like that you give the option to choose a similar product if in the odd occasion an item I purchase is actually out of stock. I really loved the fast delivery time and the fact that the items were well packaged!
Free gifts could be a bit easier to find and add to the basket and to know what purchases qualify for a free gift.
I will definitely order again from you again. I am a very happy customer ;)

Absolutely incredible service from making order to delivery. Emails sent advising progress of order throughout. So impressed I’ve been back to order 3 times this week. I’m UK based and would encourage others in the UK to check out the prices compared to what we pay. Excellent all round.
Service provided by brickshop is excellent. Due to no fault of their own the box was damaged despite it being protected/overboxed, more an issue for the delivery company. However, they offered to replace it, but that would have delayed the fun of building it. The follow up service was superb and they would have replaced it if anything was missing, thankfully there wasn't.
Fantastic service, superfast delivery, very helpful shop elves, customer service elves and warehouse elves. Thank you all, from UK. :)
