Delivery was prompt but following an issue with one of the items ordered I emailed customer service on 18th November and am still awaiting a response
Fast and reliable, and although I chose no hurry processing, I was still able to get the order relatively early.
I cannot comment on the Parcel itself as it’s for a Christmas gift and has not been opened but the service- speed and delivery and website were excellent
Ordering process was quick and easy. Delivery was a day later than first informed by UK Courier.
I had a question about this Lego which customer support answered straight away. It was shipped the same day and arrived within 3 days.
