Service and processing very good. Took a while to arrive but that I guess is the shipping service that is slow.
Service provided by brickshop is excellent. Due to no fault of their own the box was damaged despite it being protected/overboxed, more an issue for the delivery company. However, they offered to replace it, but that would have delayed the fun of building it. The follow up service was superb and they would have replaced it if anything was missing, thankfully there wasn't.
Everything was smooth. The product arrived on time very well packed with great offers inside. The service is perfect.
Very good process - from the order up to the fast delivery. But why 4% of charge for paypal?
Shipping was lightning fast and the box was perfectly packed to prevent from any damage recieved like i picked it off the shelf
