Simple ordering process, was kept informed of progress and it was delivered (in UK) within a week. Very well packed too.
Wow, I was apprehensive ordering as never ordered anything from a unknown site to me. But the process.was really simple and super efficient, emails all the time updating me what was happening with my order and one very happy 13 year old boy at the receiving end as this set is sold out everywhere in UK as retired or due to be. Thank you
I had a problem using PostNL (not Brickshop fault). I reccomend using DHL. Everything else was perfect!
Considering the time from order to delivery, given that I am in the Middle East, I was very impressed with the delivery timing.
