I am a new customer. The registration process was easy and fast. The order was shipped super fast. Great packaging.
Dispatched very quickly, but held up by PostNL which delayed it by a couple of days. Not a big problem
The order was received intact but with damage to one of the items, this is the third time this has happened. the dispatch process from Holland is fast and efficient but the delivery by the partner company in the country of destination is completely regrettable, they take a long time which I consider unacceptable...
Was a bit sceptical ordering out of uk, but great service, very fast delivery. Great price too. Will definitely use, again.
