Ik vind et verschrikkelijk dat deze oh zo grote webshop niet telefonisch bereikbaar is. Ik wil een bestelling plaatsen met een polybag deze is niet op voorraad, even later maar andere sets besteld, en betaald. 5 minuten later zoek ik die zelfde polybag op en ja hoor hij is op voorraad. Ik vind dit heel er vervelend. Vervolgens als je iets wilt retourneren is het heel moeilijk om contact te vinden laat staan dat iemand je per mail bericht. Dan ook nog dat de retour kosten voor eigen rekening zijn. Doe hier iets aan. En neem een telefoon lijn. Ik hoop hier een reactie op te krijgen.
Super veel keuze en snelle levering. Ik ben gek op Lego dus ik ga hier zeker vaker bestellen
Vlotte afhandeling en levering, zelfs nu het in webshops en bij PostNL zo druk is!
Er wordt te snel ge-mailt over de levering waardoor je veel mails krijgt met dezelfde informatie
