Great and reliable service and quick shipping. The website offers a great variety of lego products. The packaging was great. Unfortunately the smallest box was placed on the bottom of the box and has been slightly damaged. Communication with the team has been great. I accidentally registered wrong address and as soon they received my order they contacted me asking for the right one. Matter resolved in minutes.Other than that I am extremely happy with the overall experience and service. I found shipping fees to be a bit high especially if you are shipping within the EU

I ordered from this website as they were offering a Lego item that has now been discontinued and is out of stock in most places, but my son really wanted this set for his birthday. They dispatched the order very quickly and kept me up to date with my orders progress throughout. The package arrived within a few days, so the dispatch and delivery time were brilliant, and I now have one happy son on the morning of his birthday, so I would definitely buy from Brickshop again.
