Well packed, but one package slightly damaged. The brick set was not compromised.
Delivery delayed due to covid-19.
Everything was quick and perfect. I received my parcel in few days at home. Just to compare: I order another Lego item from Selfridges UK, but after 2 weeks time they cancelled my order and haven’t reimbursed me yet. So brick shop is super good!!!
Delivery took a little longer but with covid 19 pandemic that is to be expected.
Service - excellent (arrived in the UK 2 days after ordering). Communication - excellent (5 emails to say what stage it was at). Product - can't really say (it's for my grandson at Christmas) but don't see any problem as it's Lego.
Very soon delivery, no problem with payment.. I ca recommend this company for 100 %
