Delivery was prompt but following an issue with one of the items ordered I emailed customer service on 18th November and am still awaiting a response
Packaging could hav even better, as largest set in box was slightly dented upon arrival. I have no doubt that this was from the shipping process, but more precautions could hav been taken to prevent the front side of the box from being dented during the process.
Ordered this item on 30.12 and it arrived in Italy on 31.12 (notwithstanding the holiday season). Item perfectly packaged and therefore arrived in perfect condition
