Service - excellent (arrived in the UK 2 days after ordering). Communication - excellent (5 emails to say what stage it was at). Product - can't really say (it's for my grandson at Christmas) but don't see any problem as it's Lego.
I live in Switzerland and the order has been shiped very fast. With in 2-3 Days. Even orders from Switzerland it self are not that fast!
