Everything was quick and perfect. I received my parcel in few days at home. Just to compare: I order another Lego item from Selfridges UK, but after 2 weeks time they cancelled my order and haven’t reimbursed me yet. So brick shop is super good!!!

Although the delivery was delayed due to the global difficulties with parcel deliveries. The staff responded my queries promptly and informed me in time and proposed suitable solutions. Thankfully the parcels arrived safely with perfect packagings and all Lego sets were in good conditions.
Item delivered within á week with DHL as expected even though it was early December. Sturdy package wrap.
Excellent communication throughout the whole order and delivery process. I ordered the Duplo Big Fair on the Friday afternoon and it arrived in the UK at my home on Monday morning by standard delivery.
