Ik heb alles gekregen waar ik voor betaald had, alleen kreeg ik niet mijn gratis bouwpakket die mij beloofd was en in plaats daarvan kreeg ik een magazine (die ik niet besteld had) waarvan het lego er niet meer bij zat. Dat was een beetje jammer! Verder een top ervaring gehad, snelle levering en zou er zo nog eens bestellen

The order was received intact but with damage to one of the items, this is the third time this has happened. the dispatch process from Holland is fast and efficient but the delivery by the partner company in the country of destination is completely regrettable, they take a long time which I consider unacceptable...
Excellent order processing and delivery. Quite expensive, though. Would like to have cheaper options, even if it takes a little longer.
I don't normally give reviews but this is the second time I have purchased from BrickShop and both times their service has been faultless. Order fulfilment and delivery across the new EU/UK border was both rapid and seamless
