Alles dik in orde, zelfs in Corona-tijd. 1 dagje later geleverd dan normaal, maar daar hadden we rekening mee gehouden. Alles was netjes verpakt.
Bravi e professionali, pacco arrivato nei tempi stabiliti. Sia il pacco esterno che quello del Lego non presenta danneggiamenti. Molto bene

The service was great: fast, cheap and transperent. Just that I had to sign on and it was not possible to order as a guest is a shortcoming. But in the end it won't metter, since I surely will order again.
Service provided by brickshop is excellent. Due to no fault of their own the box was damaged despite it being protected/overboxed, more an issue for the delivery company. However, they offered to replace it, but that would have delayed the fun of building it. The follow up service was superb and they would have replaced it if anything was missing, thankfully there wasn't.
