Problems with logging into your account

I would like to order something in your web store, but I am having difficulties with signing in. The steps I took:
- I registered with my username and password.
- The first login gave the notification "account blocked" (password was correct).
- Now I get the notification "incorrect password/account" when I try to log in again.
Could you please find out what went wrong?

You are probably one step ahead. After registering with us, you should have received a confirmation mail. You need to activate your account by using the link sent to you in the mail. Only then has your account been activated and is it possible to log in.
Sometimes the confirmation mail ends up in your SPAM folder. Check this folder first! BRICKshop always sends you, of course, mails with order information. It could happen that only the confirmation mail ends up in your SPAM folder. In case you are still not able to find this mail, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us through mail and ask for account activation by hand.
