Simple ordering process, was kept informed of progress and it was delivered (in UK) within a week. Very well packed too.
I buy quite a lot of Lego and have ordered twice from Brickshop. The orders arrived on time, and their next day service is excellent. On top of that they were very competitive. Brickshop will be my first stop when buying lego from now on.

Order was processed and shipped on the same day of purchase with frequent updates. Arrived quickly.
The prices were really good and your online store even had an excellent selection of stock, including some that the Lego store didn't have (original green color base plates). Your website allows for stock notification by email, which means I do not need to keep checking the site to know when stock is back in :) I really also loved that the online store clearly states when the discounts are valid until, so I least I know whether it will still be available after pay day :) I like that you give the option to choose a similar product if in the odd occasion an item I purchase is actually out of stock. I really loved the fast delivery time and the fact that the items were well packaged! Free gifts could be a bit easier to find and add to the basket and to know what purchases qualify for a free gift. I will definitely order again from you again. I am a very happy customer ;)
