Vanaf nu kunnen klanten bestellingen niet alleen thuis laten bezorgen; ook kunnen ze ervoor kiezen het pakket direct te laten bezorgen bij een postkantoor in de buurt. Met PakjeGemak kunnen klanten zelf bepalen waar en wanneer ze hun pakket ophalen.
Uit onderzoek naar trends in online winkelen ‘Thuiswinkel Markt Monitor’, uitgevoerd door Blauw Research in 2012, blijkt dat 80% van de online kopers invloed wil op waar en wanneer een bestelling bezorgd wordt.
Bovendien houdt u voor andere huisgenoten geheim waar u uw cadeau voor hem of haar heeft gekocht! PakjeGemak biedt die mogelijkheid. Door middel van de locatiekiezer kunt u aangeven waar u uw pakket wil laten bezorgen.
In de locatiekiezer zijn meer dan 2.400 A-locaties beschikbaar. Deze PostNL Postkantoren bevinden zich in onder andere supermarkten, boekhandels en benzinestations. Dit geeft u grote keuze uw pakket af te halen op locaties met ruime openingstijden. Ruim 750 vestigingen zijn tot 20:00 uur geopend!

Service provided by brickshop is excellent. Due to no fault of their own the box was damaged despite it being protected/overboxed, more an issue for the delivery company. However, they offered to replace it, but that would have delayed the fun of building it. The follow up service was superb and they would have replaced it if anything was missing, thankfully there wasn't.
