The delivery process was really bad. communication from brickshop was very bad , if you answer a few questions they only answer the easy and basic questions and not the others, postalNL send me a message that the item was ready fro collection , but fail to provide what service they use in my country or where it was .... only this message ...your item is ready for pick up .... quite a surreal experience, never the less BRICKSHOP always tried to help and i receive the item quite fast . maybe is just postal service that is bad ...
Response brickshop.nl: In your opinion delivery process was very bad, but in fact it has been delivered in time. As there was nobody at home at time of delivery, the parcel was the delivered to the nearest post office, which is standard procedure in you county. You also think our communication was very bad, but please be aware the e-mail you send was very unclear and because of that very difficult for us to know what exactly it was what you requested. We are glad we could help in the end. Thanks!

We loved our camper van lego set. Only thing is, that the rooftop is not as stable as it should be, especially considering the price of the set. But we love all the details and authenticity of the Volkswagen van.
