Shipping,handling and transaction fees are too high... especially when the delivery service is not up to today's standards! Response brickshop.nl: Thank you for your review. We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. For only € 14,49 to Luxembourg we collect your order, including FREE items. We then pack it for you free of charge, a truck comes to collect your package, the package is sorted, transported again and finally delivered neatly to your home by a delivery service. We did not get a complaint to customer service about the delivery? The website states shipping to Luxembourg takes 4 – 6 days. Your order was shipped on April 11th and delivered on April 17th, with a weekend in between. Enjoy your weekend.

It have roughly 10 days delivery window but it came in about 3 days. Excellent service, great packaging. Happy daughter as we couldn't find the colour anywhere. Will definitely be using again.
