Total disaster I ordered 2 Legos worth 430 euro and had to be delivered 6 th Dec as a christmas present for my son . Christmas passed and nothing was delivered until the 27 th Dec .. Customer care was a joke they sent the same email everyday and nithing was done from there side . Other orders from other websites were ordered and delivered on time stating so it s not the delivery the problem .. I am really disappointed as i had to explain a child on christmas dsy that his present didn t arrive and I ordered them early .. No refund of shipping or other refund was offered . Response brickshop.nl: Thanks for your review. Please notice you selected economy mail in the busiest period of the year to Malta which can take up to 14 days as clearly stated. So in fact your order has been delivered in time! We have done everything possible to help you to get the parcel before X-MAS, but our help is not appreciated. Please stop blaming us, don't be dissapointed and realize you did order too late yourself. Sorry!
