Literally 5 minutes after purchasing the order I called as to ADD more products to my order (and thus save on shipping fees). No one answered the phone and I was only able to send an email. They actually answered the email quickly but told me they weren't going to let me add anything to my order (I literally was going to give them MORE MONEY) even though the order had not yet been processed. You can do better than that.

Perhaps is better to place your order in one time? We ask 3 times to check your cart BEFORE finalizing your order. After processing your payment, we are not able to add anything to your order. Thanks for understanding!

Everything was quick and perfect. I received my parcel in few days at home. Just to compare: I order another Lego item from Selfridges UK, but after 2 weeks time they cancelled my order and haven’t reimbursed me yet. So brick shop is super good!!!
