I had difficulty making an IBAN payment as my bank form kept rejecting the given a/c number, so I paid with an ordinary debit card. The order was processed and dispatched straight away and received within a week. Excellent service!
The delivery process was really bad. communication from brickshop was very bad , if you answer a few questions they only answer the easy and basic questions and not the others, postalNL send me a message that the item was ready fro collection , but fail to provide what service they use in my country or where it was .... only this message ...your item is ready for pick up .... quite a surreal experience, never the less BRICKSHOP always tried to help and i receive the item quite fast . maybe is just postal service that is bad ...
Fast and efficient service considering I was ordering from the U.K. . I was more than satisfied and would order again from them. It was nice surprise to get a free gift which was age appropriate for my son.
