Great customer service! I entered my address incorrectly and a customer service rep emailed me in a personalized email to verify correct email address. Also my shipment took just a few days to go from Holland to Japan!

Great after-sale service. They quickly fixed and replaced a broken item (even though the item was really well wrapped and packaged, the post succeeded in breaking it!).
