This was our first online order from Brickshop. Very pleased with the service and delivery time. We chose no-rush delivery but still received the delivery in reasonable time. We also received a complimentary magazine which was a very nice gesture. Thank you for that! The order arrived just after a few days, and also with the payment I had no problem.
The only thinh that the new LEGO-catalogue and the free present were a bit damaged, but maybe it happened because my order was so big.

Packaging could hav even better, as largest set in box was slightly dented upon arrival. I have no doubt that this was from the shipping process, but more precautions could hav been taken to prevent the front side of the box from being dented during the process.
