Excellent delivery service. I was informed on the status of every step from shipment be readied to delivery. I really didn’t think we’d get it in 2-3 days because of Covid but they delivered.
Very efficient service especially with issues in sending items to the UK currently. Only small negative is main product box was slightly squashed on arrival possibly due to tight fit in packaging.
Product was excellent but I paid for express delivery by DHL to arrive on a date of my son's birthday birthday. The parcel arrived late and was late for the birthday. The extra cost was wasted. and I was disappointed.
Received material correctly. No problems to report. Since it was a gift I can't say anything about the quality of the products.
No problem at all, except that shipping to Canary Islands takes 3 weeks. But that is true for everything. The tracking of the package with Post NL did never work.
