Good packaging, fair delivery as the delivery company failed to acomplish the date programmed

Great and reliable service and quick shipping. The website offers a great variety of lego products. The packaging was great. Unfortunately the smallest box was placed on the bottom of the box and has been slightly damaged. Communication with the team has been great. I accidentally registered wrong address and as soon they received my order they contacted me asking for the right one. Matter resolved in minutes.Other than that I am extremely happy with the overall experience and service. I found shipping fees to be a bit high especially if you are shipping within the EU

Once again, I am very pleased by the superb service provided by Team Brickshop. Delivery of a large item( Eiffel Tower) was achieved within two working days and the container box was unblemished and clearly labelled. Thank you to DHL Express and Team Brickshop.
