Service provided by brickshop is excellent.
Due to no fault of their own the box was damaged despite it being protected/overboxed, more an issue for the delivery company.
However, they offered to replace it, but that would have delayed the fun of building it.
The follow up service was superb and they would have replaced it if anything was missing, thankfully there wasn't.
Very easy to order. Received quick delivery one day. Kept informed by email all the way.
I haven't opened it yet as it's a Christmas present for my son, but the service was great. Ordered on Monday night and delivered in the UK Friday morning. Fantastic.
This shop is reliable and they send to Germany free-of-charge. The parcel arrived within three days. Perfect!
Delivery was prompt but following an issue with one of the items ordered I emailed customer service on 18th November and am still awaiting a response
