The order was received intact but with damage to one of the items, this is the third time this has happened. the dispatch process from Holland is fast and efficient but the delivery by the partner company in the country of destination is completely regrettable, they take a long time which I consider unacceptable...

Everything was quick and perfect. I received my parcel in few days at home. Just to compare: I order another Lego item from Selfridges UK, but after 2 weeks time they cancelled my order and haven’t reimbursed me yet. So brick shop is super good!!!
This was our first online order from Brickshop. Very pleased with the service and delivery time. We chose no-rush delivery but still received the delivery in reasonable time. We also received a complimentary magazine which was a very nice gesture. Thank you for that! Thanks to the team who is still working in these challenging times to make sure kids can still order and receive toys. Definitely recommend Brickshop online store!!
