Good communication with customer service. My order came one day late. But it's not big of a deal.
Troublefree processing and quick delivery. Tracking by PostNL leaves something to be desired.
Fantastic service. Very quick delivery, don't be concerned that you are ordering from Europe, this was a very smooth and happy purchase
The delivery process was really bad. communication from brickshop was very bad , if you answer a few questions they only answer the easy and basic questions and not the others, postalNL send me a message that the item was ready fro collection , but fail to provide what service they use in my country or where it was .... only this message ...your item is ready for pick up .... quite a surreal experience, never the less BRICKSHOP always tried to help and i receive the item quite fast . maybe is just postal service that is bad ...
All went ok, quick delivery, good products for a good value. Just communication is a small minus - when l had a question, l was left without an answer.
