The estimated delivery date was for the beginning of June so I ordered this for Father's day. The delivery did not arrive yet and when I checked with MaltaPost they informed me that this was not sent via Air but with trucks. I had to order another gift (Cinema) via DHL from you which arrived on the 21st June and then this order arrived 22nd June. I ended up buying two gifts for Fathers' day. The Estimated Date of Delivery should be more accurate from your end when not ordering via DHL. A couple of days later is acceptable but weeks is not. Thanks Response brickshop.nl: Sorry for this, but as mentioned delays in economy shipping are still possible due the whole covid situation. Choose DHL if you like to receive items fast.

The delivery process was really bad. communication from brickshop was very bad , if you answer a few questions they only answer the easy and basic questions and not the others, postalNL send me a message that the item was ready fro collection , but fail to provide what service they use in my country or where it was .... only this message ...your item is ready for pick up .... quite a surreal experience, never the less BRICKSHOP always tried to help and i receive the item quite fast . maybe is just postal service that is bad ...

However receiving the Message of post.nl that they expect the parcel on monday while the real Handing over was only in friday ist a bit long, so beware If you are in a hurry . Still If your shop makes an offer like this again i will happily buy again. Stuff like that can happen and the conditions were really extreme , so I want to increase my rating from 3 to 5 stars."
