Ordering process was very easy and delivery was swift. Item arrived well packaged. Communication was excellent. First time ordering from Brickshop and will definitely be back.
Great and reliable service and quick shipping. The website offers a great variety of lego products. The packaging was great. Unfortunately the smallest box was placed on the bottom of the box and has been slightly damaged. Communication with the team has been great. I accidentally registered wrong address and as soon they received my order they contacted me asking for the right one. Matter resolved in minutes.Other than that I am extremely happy with the overall experience and service. I found shipping fees to be a bit high especially if you are shipping within the EU
