Excellent service, you provided a Lego set that is difficult to source, and delivered it the next day to Ireland! We are very happy customers!
The delivery process was really bad. communication from brickshop was very bad , if you answer a few questions they only answer the easy and basic questions and not the others, postalNL send me a message that the item was ready fro collection , but fail to provide what service they use in my country or where it was .... only this message ...your item is ready for pick up .... quite a surreal experience, never the less BRICKSHOP always tried to help and i receive the item quite fast . maybe is just postal service that is bad ...
Shipped on time even with all the problems Covid 19 has caused with postal services, packed tightly and securely and came in perfect condition!
